When copying a One Drive file, you can't access the moving file

When copying a One Drive file, you can see a message like an image when you click on the move location pop-up to specify the move location. Note that the folders you want to move are currently available. Please check.

One Drive can't be automatically saved when you open a file through the app

One Drive shares folders with multiple users, and if one user opens the file through the app, it will appear in a read-only state, and you need to press confirm to edit
