can't open snipping tool
I just got a new surface pro 13 in 12th edition. After opening it and getting started, I found that I can't open Snipping Tool or Microsoft Store. Also jpeg and png files won't open.

Problems downloading a surface Pro X recovery image
On your website when I type in the serial number, it doesn’t do anything it won’t go, and then a red thing comes up below. It says invalid. It’s a 12 digit number. I copied directly off my surface pro X. What do I do next?
